Tell us a bit about your company! What do you do? What is your mission? 
Social Impact marketing and swag agency. We are a hispanic woman owned business. My mission is to connect the dots between for and non profit companies so they can optimize their visibility in the community, improve programming and increase fundraising. We do this through corporate giving project management, sata analytics and community strategies.

How did you get started with your business? 
I was pregnant and got laid off. Decided I wouldn't let anyone else control my legacy and success.

What do you feel is most important for others to know about your business? 
That we are the #1 agency for connecting corporations with non-profits while simultaneously aiding in grant writing, public relations, corporate giving strategy and program and donor deep dive analytics.

How would you describe your leadership style? 
Collaborative and kind.

When you were growing up, what is your ultimate dream job? If it's this, how does it feel to have met your dream?! If it was something different, how did your dream change over time? 
Helping others and owning an orphanage.

I will someday fund or own a school to help young people from under developed areas.

Every business owner faces challenges. How are you empowered to overcome yours? 
I have a major chip on my shoulder. I am adopted from Paraguay during a dictatorship and I met my bio family in 2015 which has lit a fire under me to do good things in the community and create a positive impact in the world.

Intentional

I am an author and was the first Paraguayan American elected.
