Tell us a bit about your company! What do you do? What is your mission? 
I am a certified pre and post natal health coach and my passion is helping women put their own oxygen mask on first and discovering their inner confidence. I teach pregnant and post partum women safe and effective exercises so they can have healthier births and recoveries. My mission is to reach as many women as possible and give them the tools to be healthy mentally as well as physically.

How did you get started with your business?
I have been a personal trainer for 10 years and after going through IUI, a miscarriage, IVF, and finally a successful pregnancy, I decided to start The Healthy Moms Club. When I became pregnant there was not a lot of information out there for moms in terms of safe and effective exercises. Post birth, it was all about the baby and not the mom healing as in many other countries.

What do you feel is most important for others to know about your business? 
That moms to be and moms don't need a lot of time, energy, or money to feel good about their bodies. It is much more simple than we think to be healthy mentally and physically.

How would you describe your leadership style? 
Warm and encouraging

When you were growing up, what is your ultimate dream job? If it's this, how does it feel to have met your dream?! If it was something different, how did your dream change over time? 
I wanted to be a professional snowboarder when I was younger, but when I discovered how good it felt to help others with their health I changed my dream.

Every business owner faces challenges. How are you empowered to overcome yours? 
I grew up in a family business which I later took over. I saw how my parents faced those challenges and that entrepreneurial background along with a lot of personal development and therapy have helped me overcome any challenge thrown at me professionally and personally.
