Meet Kelly Pramberger & Monique Vacon, co-authors of "Imperfectly Perfect". This book will make the perfect holiday gift for the women in your life! Plus you can join them for a book signing in January at The Grati Shop in Wilbraham! Stay tuned. Tell us a bit about your book! "Imperfectly Perfect" is a book about real women, just like you and me, who have faced challenges and heartache, but have come out the other side stronger and more resilient. These 10 inspiring stories of self-love and self-discovery will help you to see that you are not alone in your struggles, and that it is possible to overcome anything life throws your way. Each story is different, but all of them are united by the message that we are all imperfectly perfect, and we all deserve to love and accept ourselves just as we are. This book is a reminder that we are all worthy of happiness and respect, no matter what our past looks like. If you're looking for inspiration, hope, or just a good cry, "Imperfectly Perfect" is the book for you. Get ready to be moved, motivated, and empowered by these brave and beautiful women. "As one of the authors featured in this book, I have read all the stories, and any woman can be inspired by something in this book. From loving yourself enough to choose good friendships to walking through the grief of losing a child to rediscovering a cultural identity lost through adoption and more – every reader is sure to identify with one of these incredible women and learn something from their stories." - Melissa How did you get started?
I reached out to several friends that I thought would like to tell their stories and ultimately my close friend Monique Vacon accepted and asked me why I wasn't submitting something?! She helped me with a friendly "push" to also send in my writing and now we both have chapters in this collaboration. Over the past decade or so I have been on my own unique self-love journey. I felt a nudge to share my story with the world. In my chapter, you will learn how I went from zero self-care, body shaming and people pleasing to empowering others to heal and to never pour from an empty cup. This book is a collaboration of 10 Inspirational Stories of Self-Love & Self-Discovery. It's now available in paperback and ebook! This journey has been one of healing, connection, growth and reflection. I hope that if this book makes its way to you that you become inspired and empowered in your own journey!
