President & Chief Badass Meghan has over 20 years experience in Marketing and Public Relations and a Masters Degree in Corporate Communications. She launched Chikmedia over 10 years ago to help women in business find their voice and continues to do so with the expansion of this passion project. Her work across New England has gained her multiple awards and recognition from various organizations, including Cosmopolitan Magazine & Business West’s 10th Annual Alumni Achievement Award. She is a nationally recognized spokesperson for multiple organizations and travels the country giving lectures on various topics. In her spare time, you can catch her teaching undergrad and graduate level courses at Universities throughout New England. Jax NASH
Director of Creative Services Jax has been designing graphics for nearly two decades, but has been "making things pretty" since birth. Always the creative type, Jax began teaching herself graphic design in college. She is experienced in both print and digital design - specializing in brand collateral, social media graphics, email campaigns, posters, presentations, event materials and more. Jax is a firm believer that there is no detail or project too big or too small - the sky is the limit! JAX LOVES: Sitting on the beach in the summer, skiing (read crawling with great caution) down a mountain in the winter, reading all of the books, traveling with friends, good branding, and, most importantly, her 3 fur babies. WHAT YOU'LL HATE ABOUT HER: She'll likely sing you a Disney song at least once. |

JILL MONSON
Associate Director of Marketing Jill has a reputation of being genuine, loyal, and having zest for life. She’s known as a connector, bringing together people with like-minded values to achieve win-win growth. Jill’s career is quite varied – it includes owning Inspired Marketing, an ad agency and event planning company; many years in radio on-air and in marketing at stations such as Rock 102, Lazer 99.3, and 94.7 WMAS; non-profit development with the American Cancer Society, and hospitality at MGM Springfield. She also is the founder of POP!more – Confidence Coaching… done differently. Jill earned her undergraduate and graduate degrees at Westfield State University and Bay Path University respectively. In addition, she holds impressive accolades including an Ad Club of Western MA Creative Award, BusinessWest 40 under 40, Better Business Bureau (BBB) Marketplace Ethics Award, Western MA Women’s Magazine “Visionary Achievement” Award, and Western MA Women’s Magazine “Top 25 Women to Watch in Event Planning.” JILL LOVES: Spending time with her nephews, reading, music (ALL kinds except screaming metal and hardcore rap), road trips with her wife with the convertible top down, and her three fur kids (doggies Max & Vinnie and cat EJ) WHAT YOU'LL HATE ABOUT HER: (is also what people love about her LOL) Her level of detail. She loves a list, asking questions, thinking of all the scenarios, and generally keeping office supply stores in business with the amount of notes she takes. |

KRISTIN PERAGINE
PR & Digital Manager Kristin got her start interning for Chikmedia, while a student at Roger Williams University, and has remained dedicated ever since! She received a Bachelor's degree in Media Communications and has been working with Chikmedia for the past three years. Throughout her professional career, Kristin has grown and sharpened her skills and developed an unquenchable thirst to learn. She is always ready for the next challenge and will bring the enthusiasm.
